Interaction Manager. An IP- and rules-based multimedia customer interaction application that centrally filters, routes, tracks and responds to customer communications.

You suspect there's a place your communications haven't been to yet. And it will do all this via telephone, fax, e-mail, chat, messaging or web callback.

To put it a little differently, iCosm Interaction Manager will receive input from several media and, based on business rules, route those communications per your instructions to relevant groups or individuals along with the collected data.

In essence, you're your own Interaction Manager. Remember, flexibility is a central tenet of all iCosm products, thanks to the fact they're all IP-based.

Also typical of iCosm is the fact that Interaction Manager is pre-integrated. A better place for all apps to be. So it's harmonized across all telephony platforms and Internet domains. And the user-friendliness doesn't stop there. Interaction Manager's installation, operation and maintenance all require minimal effort.
